Please read these Terms of Service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using the Tickets Discord Bot and tickets.bot (the "service") operated by BH Cloud Labs Ltd, trading as Tickets Bot ("us", "we", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

BH Cloud Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 16211348, and it's registered office is located at The Kiln, 2 Copenhagen Street, Worcester, WR1 2HB

User Guidelines

By using the service, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

  1. Do not take any actions to abuse, disrupt, or cause damage to the service.
  2. Do not use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your local jurisdiction or the United Kingdom.
  3. Do not attempt to access data or areas of the service that you are not authorized to view.
  4. Do not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the service or the networks or services connected to the service.
  5. Do not bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the service.
  6. Do not use the service to process or store adult visual media content, including but not limited to images and videos.
  7. Do not use the service to process or store privacy-sensitive data such as identity documents.
  8. Do not use the service in violation of the Discord Terms of Service or Discord Community Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Exploiting or disclosing bugs for unintended advantages.
    • Violating applicable laws or promoting illegal activities, such as hacking, cracking, or distributing counterfeit software.
    • Abusing Discord products, such as engaging in fraudulent Nitro incentives or Boosting activities.

Purchases

  1. When making a purchase, ensure you have the legal right and permission to use the payment method provided.
  2. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to issue refunds unless the error is on our part.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase at any time for any reason.
  4. If you breach these terms, your right to a refund is void.
  5. Payments are processed via Patreon; please review and agree to their terms of service.

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date unless you request that the service begins immediately. Once the service begins, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.


Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service immediately, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these terms or their subject matter.


Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. While we are not obligated to engage in ADR, a list of certified providers can be found at tradingstandards.uk.


Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all liabilities, costs, damages, losses, or expenses (including direct, indirect, or consequential losses and reasonable professional fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the service or any breach of these terms.


Limited Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any claim, damages or other liability whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.


Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes rights to a repair, replacement, or refund if the service is not as described or is faulty due to our error.

If you are located outside the United Kingdom, your statutory rights may vary based on your local consumer protection laws. By using this service, you agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, as specified in these terms.
